These Terms govern your use of VeyBid (veybid.com). By creating an account, submitting a listing or placing a bid, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use VeyBid.
1. Who we are
VeyBid is operated by Javier Toledano, a private individual resident in Spain.

In these Terms, “VeyBid”, “we” and “us” mean the operator above. “You” means the person using the service.
2. What VeyBid is
VeyBid is a set of public rankings (“markets”) of products and projects. Each market shows the listings it contains, ordered by the total amount their owners have paid to promote them.
- A bid is a payment you make to raise the total of your own listing. You can only bid on listings you own.
- Rankings are ordered by the sum of confirmed payments. Pending, failed or refunded payments do not count. When two listings have the same total, the one that reached it first ranks higher.
- A bid buys visibility in a ranking. It is not the purchase of a physical or digital good, it is not an auction for any item, and it does not guarantee any number of visits, clicks, sales or any particular position over time: other owners can increase their totals at any moment.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- You are responsible for the information in your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
- One person may not use accounts to manipulate rankings or evade a suspension.
4. Listings
- Listings are reviewed before they appear and can receive bids only after approval. We may approve or reject any listing at our discretion.
- You must own the product or project you list, or be authorised to promote it. The information you submit (name, description, links, logo, category) must be accurate and lawful.
- Not allowed: illegal products or services, malware or phishing, adult or hateful content, gambling, misleading claims, content that infringes someone else’s rights, or links designed to harm visitors.
- You keep all rights to your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on VeyBid and in material promoting VeyBid for as long as the listing exists.
- We may remove a listing that breaks these Terms at any time. See section 6 for what this means for payments.
5. Bids and payments
- The minimum first bid for a listing is USD 5.00. Each later bid must raise the listing’s total by at least USD 1.00. All amounts are in US dollars.
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record for the transaction. Dodo Payments collects the payment, applies any taxes due and issues the receipt. Their terms and privacy policy also apply to the payment. We never see or store your card details.
- A bid counts only once Dodo Payments confirms the payment to us. A checkout that is not completed expires after 30 minutes and nothing is charged.
- Prices are shown before you pay. Any taxes are calculated by Dodo Payments at checkout.
6. Refunds and right of withdrawal
- A bid is a digital service performed immediately: your listing’s total and position are updated as soon as the payment is confirmed. When you place a bid you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the bid is confirmed, as permitted by EU consumer law.
- Refunds are available in the cases described in our Refund Policy, for example duplicate or erroneous charges, or if we remove your listing when you have not broken these Terms.
- If a payment is refunded, the amount is deducted from your listing’s total and its position may change.
- If we remove a listing because it breaks these Terms, bids already confirmed for it are not refunded.
- If you open a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend the related listing while it is resolved.
7. Acceptable use
You must not: interfere with or disrupt VeyBid; attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours; use bots or automated means to create accounts or listings; try to manipulate rankings other than through genuine bids; or use VeyBid for any unlawful purpose.
8. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep VeyBid available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we permanently close VeyBid, we will give reasonable notice where possible.
9. Liability
- VeyBid is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities, or for the content of third-party websites that listings link to.
- Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid through VeyBid in the 12 months before the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using VeyBid at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. Records of payments are kept as described in our Privacy Policy even after an account is closed, because the law requires it.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will publish the new version on this page with a new date and, for significant changes, tell registered users by email. Changes do not affect bids already confirmed.
12. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence. Before going to court, please write to support@veybid.com: most issues can be solved quickly.
