A bid on VeyBid is a digital service that is performed as soon as the payment is confirmed: your listing’s total and ranking are updated immediately. For this reason, confirmed bids are not refundable for a change of mind. We do refund in the cases below.
When we refund
We will refund a bid in full when:
- You were charged more than once for the same bid.
- You were charged an incorrect amount or in a currency other than the one shown before payment.
- You were charged, but the bid was never added to your listing’s total because of a technical problem.
- We rejected or removed your listing and you had not broken our Terms of Service. In this case we refund the bids confirmed for that listing.
- We are required to refund by law.
When we do not refund
- You changed your mind after the bid was confirmed.
- Your listing did not reach, or did not keep, the position you wanted. Other owners can raise their totals at any time.
- The bid did not bring the visits, clicks or sales you expected.
- We removed your listing because it broke our Terms of Service.
Checkouts that are not completed
If you start a bid but do not complete the payment, nothing is charged. The checkout expires automatically after 30 minutes.
How to request a refund
Email support@veybid.com within 30 days of the payment and include:
- the email address of your VeyBid account;
- the listing and market;
- the payment reference shown on your receipt from Dodo Payments;
- the reason for your request.
We aim to reply within 5 business days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer, usually 5–10 business days.
When a refund is completed, the amount is deducted from your listing’s total and its position in the ranking may change.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank: it is usually faster. While a dispute is open, we may suspend the related listing.
